Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Wishlist App ("App") and all related services. The App is operated by Sebastian Seidel ("Provider").
2. Registration
2.1 By registering via Google Sign-In and using the App, you accept these Terms.
2.2 Registration is only permitted for natural persons aged 16 or older.
2.3 Only one user account per person is allowed.
3. Description of Services
The Wishlist App enables users to:
• Create and manage personal wishlists
• Add wishes with details such as name, price, link, image, and priority
• Share wishlists with friends (public, friends-only, or private)
• View and reserve wishes from friends
• Send and manage friend requests
• Receive push notifications about reservations and friend requests
• Search contacts to find friends
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• The accuracy and legality of your uploaded content
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Compliance with copyrights when uploading images
5. Prohibited Use
The following is prohibited:
• Uploading illegal, offensive, or pornographic content
• Misusing the App for spam or commercial advertising
• Attempting to circumvent App security
• Automated access or scraping
6. Costs
6.1 Basic use of the App is free.
6.2 Premium features may be offered for a fee. Prices will be transparently displayed before purchase.
6.3 In-app purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play / App Store).
7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR.
8. Liability
8.1 We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
8.2 We are not liable for:
• Data loss due to force majeure or technical malfunctions
• Constant availability of the App
• Content uploaded by users
• The accuracy of product links and prices
9. Changes to the Terms
9.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.
9.2 Changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect in the App.
9.3 In case of objection, you may stop using the App and delete your account.
10. Termination
10.1 You can delete your account at any time through the App.
10.2 We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of violations of these Terms.
11. Final Provisions
11.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11.2 Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
11.3 Place of jurisdiction is, insofar as legally permissible, the registered office of the Provider.
